Janie Mae Baker

Janie Mae Baker, age 87, of Atlanta GA, passed away January 7, 2018. Services will be held on January 13, 2018, at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel at 2:00 pm, with Pastor Bobby and Pastor Floyd officiating. Interment will follow at the Oakland Cemetery in Atlanta GA.

A native of Fulton County, GA, Mrs. Baker was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother who was always happy, easy going and kind. She is survived by her daughters; Janie Bates (Edward) and Susie Kirby (Marty), and sons; Willie Baker (Pat), Tommy Baker (Linda), Jerry Baker (Sheila), John Baker (Mildred), and 21 grandchildren, numerous great-grand and great great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Louis Baker Sr. and her son, Harry Louis Baker Jr.
