Frances Louise Mitchell

She was of the Baptist faith and attended The Olde Country Church in McDonough, GA. She loved going to the special singings of the gospel at her church.

She also loved working in her yard and in her garden where she had beautiful roses and iris planted. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be missed by many.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother; Albert White and two sisters; Marie Graves and Margaret Roberts.

She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved husband of 62 years; William “Bill” Mitchell, her two sons; Billy (Diane) Mitchell of Locust Grove, Ga and John Mitchell of Ellenwood, Ga.; Grandson Kyle (Camellia) Mitchell, Great Grandson; Brantley all of Monticello, Ga.; Sister; Vera (Bud) Patterson of Knoxville, TN; two Sisters in law; Kathleen White of Lenior City, TN and Judy Mitchell of Franklin, GA and one Brother in law; Jim Mitchell of Oxford, AL.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 12PM to 2PM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home Fairview Chapel 376 Fairview Road Stockbridge, GA 30281, where funeral services will begin at 2PM. Entombment will immediately follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens 722 Conley Road Forest Park, GA 30297.
