Esther (Cawthon) Turner

Esther was born on July 21, 1926 in Atlanta, Georgia to William Thomas Cawthon and Albertha Duke Cawthon. She was a classy, southern, Christian lady.

She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings and husband, Maurice Turner.

Esther's life, love and memory will forever be cherished by her children, Cerise Reynolds (Steve) of Stockbridge, Georgia, Clint Turner of Forest Park, Georgia and Bill Turner (Barbara) of Carrollton, Georgia; grandchildren, Crystal Runkle (Aaron) of McDonough, Georgia, Mary Neal (Jesse) of Locust Grove, Georgia, Molly Cochran (Brenton) of Gay, Georgia, Becky Egecrone (Dan) of Senoia, Georgia and Brittney Nichols (Robert) of Dallas, Georgia; great-grandchildren, Jacob Neal, Jayden Egecrone, Zoe Neal, Owen Cochran and Lexi Nichols; nieces & nephews, Audrey Bates of Fayetteville, Georgia, Donna Woods of Fayetteville, Georgia, Rex Mason of Fayetteville, Georgia and Tommy O'Neal of Highlands, North Carolina; a host of other relatives and family friends.

A visitation for Esther C. Turner will be held Saturday, July 24, 2021 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home - Fairview Chapel, 376 Fairview Road, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, 5755 Mallory Road, College Park, Georgia 30349.

Serving as pallbearers are Jesse Neal, Jacob Neal, Brenton Cochran, Aaron Runkel, Robert Nichols and Dan Egecrone.
