The daughter of Henry Willard and Betty Cleo Morgan Ensley, Beth was born on February 15, 1965 and raised in Forest Park, Georgia. She graduated from Georgia Cumberland Academy in 1984, followed by Young Harris College. She was a retired photographer who also took school photos for a number of years. An only child, Beth also was a wonderful caregiver for her parents. She was an adopted child (before one year old) and raised in a very loving and talented household. Her mother was a extraordinary artist in many mediums and her father was a savvy businessman. She carried and used this knowledge throughout her years. She was a loving mother and gave the best opportunities she could to her son.
"Beth Lewis, a kind soul and the best mother I could ever ask for. I don't know how many times she cheered me up out of a dark day or how many times I could always ask for help and knew she would always be there. The kindness and wisdom she taught me will always influence my life. I will never forget her wit and the way she could easily hold conversations with anybody for hours, the lessons she taught me will influence me for the rest of my life. I will never forget her voice whenever she would answer the phone or when i would come to the door." -Jordan R. Lewis
