Dwayne Edward Smith, age 64 of Horton, AL, beloved father of Shane Smith, Shiree Smith, Jarrad Smith, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2020.
He is also survived by Heidi Smith, his grandson, Bentley Smith, sister, Mary Willene Smith, niece, Melissa Vincent, nephew, Michael Vincent, loving family and friends.
A private memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
