Patient, kind and true;

What a selfless woman always caring for mom and everyone else. We were so blessed to have her in our lives and doubly blessed to have her as my sis.

Oh how you could make me laugh. Who’s gonna fill your shoes. Please visit me from time to time and help me with difficult decisions.

Our Ocean Isle trip eating at Paula Dean’s. I’m so glad we got to spend this time together. We will cherish these memories.

Christine, my dear cousin, I love you dearly and I'm broken hearted just as the multitude of people who know you and call you Mama, Gammaw, Sister, Aunt, Cousin, and Friend , etc.    It's hard to put the shock and feelings into words.

I just want to let everyone know that I admired you as the sweet and caring person that you are since we were very young.  I don't know if I ever told you this but I was 18 when I had my daughter and 20 when I had my son.  I named both of them after you.  Tina and Chris.  They both have a part of your name because I love and admired  you as the sweet person you were.

You will always be in my heart and mind and I will always think of you when I look at my children.

I love your children and grandchildren and enjoyed any time I was with you all even though we weren't able to be closer because of distance.  These last few years I'm happy that I've been able to keep up with your family through facebook.  I've always loved the pictures and stories you all shared.

I'm sorry for their pain and devastation and I pray for God to give them healing and comfort.  I love you all.

When we were younger I used to think it’s so strange that their mom is always at the parties, the cheerleading events, pretty much anything Laurie and Jennifer were doing. As we got older, our friendship grew and my children and I became a part of the family. 
Gammaw and I both have an October birthday, this was always my favorite time of the year. Every year we all dress up and celebrate birthdays and Halloween. This year it was a “white trash” party. Gammaw had my favorite costume. 
I came home showed my kids how great her costume was, how silly it was, and how much fun she was having celebrating 71. 
None of us were even fazed because that’s  Gammaw. 
Boy, the people at work even fell in love with the fact that at 71 she still “partied” with us. Partying today might just be a little different than it was 10 or 20 years ago, but this Halloween 🎃 will forever remain in my memory, because Gammaw really enjoyed herself. From the cakes, to the costumes, to just being with family. That night was the last hug I gave her. I wish I’d held on just a little longer and a little tighter so she knew how much she meant to me. 

Look up "Selflessness" in the dictionary and gammaws picture will be there.
They just don't make women like her anymore. How many people do you know that will give and give of themselves every single day and never ever ask for a thing in return or let you know she was the one that was in the most need?
How many ppl would use the last bit of gas in their car to bring you the last of her groceries and never say a word?
My mom was everyone's GAMMAW. She loved  our friends, her grandkids friends and all that had the honor to know her. 
Mama-I  do not know how to do this life without you.  You were everything to me. I'll never be the same. My heart is completely shattered.
I  love you mama. I  am so sorry l never realized your struggle. 
I  wish I  had just one more chance. I  would take care of you. I  would wrap my arms around and make sure you never had another worry.

Laurie and I are going to do all we can to prevent another fatal accident there.  I  promise you.

My sweet mama, what will we do without you? You were the rock for Jen and I and now youre gone.

I love you so much and missing you is the most excruciating pain I've ever felt. I know you're with Granny, your brothers Bobby, Gary, Harry and Billie Joe and you are dancing in the sky.
