Carrie P McIntyre

Carrie P. McIntyre, age 78 of Locust Grove, GA, passed away peacefully, surrounded by all of her loved ones, on Sunday, February 3, 2019. She was born to the late Buford and Nancy Roden on August 15, 1940 in Atlanta, Georgia.

She was predeceased by her parents; her loving husband; Hubert G. McIntyre, four of her children; Star Ann McIntyre, Timothy P. Mauldin, Regina McIntyre and Frances Langley, four siblings; Robert Lee Roden, Selena Woodruff, Ida Roden and Alfred Roden.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children; William F. Mauldin, Billy L. Mauldin, Julia McCleary, Pamela Martin and Jerry L. McIntyre, four siblings; Ralph (Alice) Roden, Peggy Roden, Annie McGarry and Myrtice English, 18 grandchildren; Samuel Mauldin, Mallory Mauldin, Chasity Mauldin, Brandon Mauldin, Makaylee Mauldin, Donnie Hardy, Christopher Hardy, Dwight Hardy, Kimberly McCleary, Sharee Martin, Kenny Martin, Michelle Sellers, Michael Sellers, Jacob Sellers, Jacob Brown, Daelynn Langley, Christopher Burks, Adriana Pugh, Timothy McIntyre and a multitude of great and great-great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received for a visitation on Friday, February 8, 2019 from 5 PM to 7 PM at Horis A. Ward Funeral Home located at 376 Fairview Rd in Stockbridge, Ga. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at 10 AM at Horis A. Ward Fairview Chapel. Interment will be held at Fairview Memorial Gardens.
