Byron worked at Georgia Power Company and retired after 44 years of dedicated service. He was a loyal employee, made a ton of friends and left lasting contributions to the company.
In his free time, Byron was an avid hunter and cherished the time spent with his deer camp buddies. He had a passion for sports, especially supporting his beloved Bulldogs, Braves, and Falcons. He was a devoted fan of Dale Earnhardt #3. Byron was also known for his skills as a master griller and enjoyed cooking for his friends and family. He loved the beach, telling corny jokes, and engaging in lively conversations (which sometimes took a while to finish).
