Brian S. Mayoski, 71, at rest on April 5, 2021. Loving father of Dawn, Nicole, the late Jason (Jennifer) and Ashley. Cherished Grandfather of Alexis, Elizabeth, Jazmine, Angel, Angelo, Victoria, Nico, Rocco, Nicholas, Jason and Brooke and Great Grandfather of Luciano, Aubrey, Cobee and Nicholas. Fond brother of Virginia (the late Bill) O’Sheil and Uncle to Cary and Brian Schultz and Jeffrey, Kevin and Tracy O’Sheil. Loving son of the late Stanley and Florence Mayoski. A mass of the resurrection will take place on Saturday, April 10th at 1 P.M. at Our Lady of the Holy Family Church located at 1334 West Flournoy. Please join us in this celebration of life. Due to covid restrictions, seating will be limited. The family asks in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to AMITA Health Alexian Brothers Hospice Residence.
