He was born on January 11, 1947 in Seneca, SC. He attended Fairfax High School in Fairfax, VA. He held a variety of jobs including Pentagon Post Office, bartender, and construction.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Annie A. Beale and James O. Beale.
He is survived by his sister, Carol B. Drago; his niece, Angela C. Drago; and several cousins.
He was an avid animal lover. His pups included Reo, Jasper, Eli, and Emma. He babysat his sister’s cat, Carmen, many times.
Services will be private.
