A beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, Terry was never more free than when he was sailing on Lake Norman or motorcycling nearby or cross-country.
Terry was deeply spiritual finding guidance in his faith. A powerful and inspiring figure who touched the lives of countless individuals with generosity and compassion.
He had a successful career in Sales for Southeast Industrial Equipment where his leadership and dedication were highly respected for 19 years.
Terry is survived by his wife, Kathy; sons Anthony DeLargy (Holly), and Andrew DeLargy (Jennifer); grandchildren, Knox Alexander, Sonnie Jean, Rivers Danae, Carmen Jewel and Iris Leigh; and brother, Edward Bussell (Cheryl).
He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Bussell, mother, Minnie Bussell and brother Paul Bussell.
A Celebration of Life will be held on January 18 at 12:00 p.m. in the Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home Chapel in Statesville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation in memory of Terry.
