Sheila Dawn Boggs

Mrs. Boggs is preceded in death by her parents, sisters; Debbie Smith, and Nancy Steele.

Sheila is survived by her husband of 37 years, Kevin Boggs, daughter; Kelsey Boggs, sons; Jim and Jesse Boggs, sisters; Sylvia Cates, and Beverly Kappler(Doug), and many nieces and nephews.

Sheila was a wonderful preschool teacher who taught in our community for over 31 years. She blessed the lives of so many children during that time. Sheila loved her family dearly, including her dog; Boo. Mrs. Boggs loved to watch tennis and was an N.C. State Wolf Pack fan. She knew every episode of the Andy Griffith show and I Love Lucy.

A public visitation will be held Tuesday, February 15, 2022, from 6-8 pm at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, February 16, 2022, starting at 1 pm, at Oakwood Cemetery.

Bunch-Johnson is honored to be serving the Boggs family.
