Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents, George William French and Carol Perry Richards French; and her brother, Rodney French.
She is survived by her children, Heather Melton (James), Zachary Hemenway (Jeff), and Nicholas Hemenway (Desmond); her grandchildren, Trevor Melton, Savana Craney (Jeremy), Gracie Melton, and Reagan Melton; her brother, Russell French (Jill); and her nephews, Joseph French and Brett French.
Rebecca worked for Iredell-Statesville Schools Prime Time. She was also involved with the Girl Scouts and enjoyed sewing and making crafts.
