Born on May 1, 1923 in Iredell County, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Harris and Laura Tharpe Harris. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Clyde Franklin Campbell Sr.; son, Clyde F. Campbell Jr., and all eight of her siblings.
Pauline was a loving mother and granny who loved to cook for anyone who came by her home. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening and was very proud of her orchard that was always full of apples, pears and peach trees. She was also a life-time member of Harmony United Methodist Church.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Paulette (Bill) Trivette; daughter-in-law, Rosalie Campbell; grandchildren; Billy (Marna) Trivette Jr., Debra (Stan) Shular, Kelly Campbell; great-grandchildren, Billy Ray Trivette III and Caleb Trimnal; numerous nieces and nephews, and special friends, Lillian, Queen, Ingrid, Kay, Jeromino, and Diega.
The family will receive friends at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home. The funeral will begin in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Cliff Wall officiating. Committal will immediately follow the service at Harmony City Cemetery.
