Miss Hazeline Horton

Born November 4, 1940 in Iredell County, she was the daughter to the late Herman F and Charlotte Goodman Horton. Hazeline was a lifelong member at Amity Evangelical Lutheran Church and the Sunday school class. Also, she was part of the telephone ministry for the church. She was a loving and caring sister and aunt.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two close cousins, JL Horton and Martha B. Lester.

Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Lillie H. (Tom) McCoy; nieces and nephews, Cathy (Danny) Williams, Frank Beaver and special friend Jean and Vickie (Mike) Buff; three great-nieces; three great-nephews; 15 great-great-nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held on August 2, 2017 at 2pm at Amity Evangelical Lutheran Church. Burial will follow at Knox United Methodist Church.

The family will receive friends from 1:30-2pm at the church prior to the service.

Memorials may be made to Amity Evangelical Lutheran Church or Knox United Methodist Church both of Cleveland.
