Born in Chicago, Illinois on June 26, 1969, he was the son of Thomas Bernard Barbeau and Diane Florence Volinsky Barbeau, both of Denver, NC.
Donald worked as a Kitchen Designer with Home Depot until his health began to decline. He was active with Pancreatic Pals, enjoyed volunteering to help others, and enjoyed arts and crafts.
In addition to his parents, Thomas and Diane Barbeau, he leaves behind his sister and brother-in-law, Janice and Michael Hinton; nephew, Jacob and niece, Alisa.
The family will receive friends Friday, May 20, 2016 from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Bunch-Johnson Funeral Home.
The service celebrating Donald’s life will begin at 2:00 PM in the Westmoreland Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Ron Doub officiating.
Donald was an extreme sports fan, therefore the family requests everyone attending the services wear the Chicago Cubs or Carolina Panthers attire/colors.
