Nina Flo Headley

Ms. Nina Flo Headley, age 86, died Tuesday at the Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Facility. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama and had lived in Statesboro for the last seven years. Ms. Headley was a librarian for many years, and enjoyed embroidery and smocking. She was an avid animal lover and also enjoyed playing bingo.

Survivors include her brother, Marvin Cooper Headley, Sr. of Savannah; nieces and nephews, Marvin (Lisa) Headley, Jr. of Atlanta, Beth Headley (Konrad) Godfrey of Statesboro, and Thomas Neal (Kathy) Headley of Atlanta; and several great nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 9:00 until 10:00 AM at Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.

The graveside service and burial will be held Saturday at 10:30 AM at Friendship Baptist Church.

Hodges-Moore Funeral Home of Statesboro is in charge of the arrangements.
