Loren Andrew "Andy" Booth, age 61, of Statesboro, Georgia passed away on Thursday November 8, 2018. Andy was born October 18, 1957 in Jacksonville, Florida to Oma D. Brown and Loren Ronald Booth.

Andy is survived by; mother, Oma D. Brown; brother, Donald Lee Booth and sister, Karen B. Brown.

Andy was preceded in death by; father, Loren Ronald Booth; brother, Ronald A. Booth and brother, Michael S. Booth.

A graveside funeral service for Andy will be held Monday, November 12, 2018 at 10:30 AM at Evergreen Cemetery, 4535 Main Street, Jacksonville, Florida 32206.

Contributions in Andy's memory may be made to American Parkinson's Association, 135 Parkinson Avenue, Staten Island, New York 10305.
