Laura Suzanne Donaldson

Laura was born in Savannah and lived her brief life in Statesboro. She graduated from Statesboro High School in 2015 and attended Eastern Heights Baptist Church where she attended the Little Lambs Sunday school class. Laura loved babies and listening to music. She was preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, Osiris and Laura Deben and Joseph and Margaret Carney and her paternal grandfather, Robbie Godbee.

In addition to her parents, Laura is survived by her brothers, Christopher Donaldson and River Godbee both of Statesboro; sister, Alaina Godbee of Statesboro; maternal grandparents, Pat and Janie Carney of Alabama and Andy and Jeannie Donaldson of Statesboro; paternal grandmother, Nell Godbee of Statesboro; aunt and uncle, Joy and Dwight Branch of Statesboro; uncle and aunt, Keith and Karen Carney of Alabama; uncles and aunts John and Mary Godbee of Statesboro and Joey and Laura Godbee of Statesboro; many cousins also survive.

The family will receive friends 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Tuesday, May 26, in Hodges-Moore Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held 6:00 PM Tuesday, May 26, 2015 with Reverend Harry Sherrer and Elder Randy Waters officiating.

Burial will be in Bulloch Memorial Gardens.
