Thomas E. Gitto, 71, beloved father, husband and grandfather passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2019. Born in Brooklyn, Thomas was an options trader on the American Stock Exchange, an avid golfer and member of the Esquire Golf Club. He called Old Town home. Tom and his wife, Adrienne Gitto were married for over 43 years. She passed away just three days before her husband on Jan. 6, 2019.
Thomas was a loving father to his daughter, Lauren and her husband, David LaValle and grandfather to Charles and Benjamin. He was a devoted brother to the late James Gitto. Visitation for both Thomas and his wife, Adrienne will be Friday, Jan. 11, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Casey Funeral Home. Service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan.12, at Casey Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Saint Peter's Cemetery.
