Sarah Allison Schmitt went to God to join her mother on Sept. 12, 2017.
Sarah was the charismatic, loving, talented daughter of Arthur and Patricia Schmitt; sister of Arthur Jr. and Tracy; aunt to Ashley, Olivia and Aidan, and granddaughter of Veronica Schmitt. She was a loving niece and cousin and a loyal friend. Sarah entertained us with her animated writing and videos, and spoiled her nieces and nephew. If you were in Sarah's presence you were smiling. She was an addiction counselor and author of the non-fiction book, "Going Live." She touched the lives of so many and will be sorely missed.
A Catholic Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 19, at Sacred Heart Church, for all those who loved her.
