Salvatore J. Barbato

Salvatore Barbato of West Brighton, Staten Island, N.Y., passed away due to a long battle with cancer on November 22, 2023. He was the son of the late Salvatore Sr., and Rose Barbato and also the beloved brother of the late Anthony Barbato and survived by his loving wife Anita and their 5 children Vincent, Michelle, Salvatore Jr., Ginamarie, and Anita. Grandfather of Veronica, Vincent, and Stephanie.

He loved to listen to his favorite music by his favorite artist Michael Jackson, as well as many others. Loved a good night out to dance to his favorite freestyle songs, hang around many of his friends, and have a good time. Sal was full of life, he did not let his sickness affect the way he would treat someone. Never complained about his condition, and always lived life with a smile on his face.

A visitation for Salvatore will be held Thursday, November 30, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Casey Funeral Home, 350 Slosson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314.
