Nancy Jill Zubrycky 11/11/47 5/31/2024 beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, educator, professional passed at home beside her husband after a four year battle with dementia . Born in Bayside Queens, New York Nancy graduated Bayside high school, Queens College, and the College of Staten Island. Receiving a masters degree in special education .Respected by both students, peers and administrators as such she was in high demand by all. After working with some of New York cities most disadvantage student population at Mount Loretto, Nancy went on to work at Concord high school, Tottenville high school and Port Richmond high school before accepting and taking positions in Manhattan . Nancy enjoyed books, ballet, theater, opera, family and friends, and most of all her grandchildren. Nancy is survived by her husband Darrin, son Andrew, brother Jordan and grandchildren, Aaron, Annika, and Arthur.
