Too many to think of we did a lot of crazy things together and he taught me a lot of things also he was my brother and I loved him we met in 1979 and we became brothers and best friends until he passed away. Rest in paint my brother

I would like to give my condolences to family and may Micheal Tracy memories and  legacy lives within us all. Tracy would want all of us to be our best version of ourselves, not to be sad but live your best life. May the  heavenly gates welcome you in open arms in the hands of God. I will miss you brother and your memories live within me and will never be forgotten.

I never had the pleasure of meeting him personally but I've always heard good things about him. Being attracted to graffiti at a very young age I can honestly say that Tracy168 made an impact on me and I'm sure there's bunch of others that can relate. May he Rest In Eternal Peace...

A few months back… me and my pops (him & Tracy were best of friends) went to go visit him at the hospital. Will never forget this night and the artistic impact he left on me. I will miss you so much Unc.

Tracy would come to my blackbook sessions and also come over just to hang out with my Family. We broke bread together and exchanged stories. It wasn't always about graffiti with us.

One of my art forms is I write spoken word & poetry. I shared some of my work  with Tracy one day. His response is something I hold true to my heart and think of on a daily basis. He told me there is enough negativity in this world. That our art has to be positive. He is lovester. Spread love and positivity. He was a master artist. His philosophy of art was expressed throughout his life. He was Wildstyle. His entire being and spirit was an art form. Whenever I had the opportunity to watch him work it was magical. The medium whether it was paint, marker, pen, he even used white out it all flowed out of him so fluidly like as if it was an extension of his spirit. The conductor in front of an orchestra he created a universe on canvas with sparkling stars and shooting comets. There are surprises in every piece. Man, he could make me laugh. He was so funny and I wish I could call him on the phone right now.

My favorite memory 1979 Tracy was driving a Yellow Cab in Midtown Manhattan and around 5:30 6:00 in the morning he T-boned a brand new out of the showroom 1979 Toyota Supra Ingalls and got out of the cab got the young lady out of the car stuck around for a while and convinced her to give him the keys that he would take the car and get it fixed for free and return it while knowing Michael that's not what he did he showed up at my building I lived in the ground floor and he proceeded to bang on my window until I got up and asked him what the hell is problem was he told me get dressed come outside I want to show you something so I did so I get outside and he says what do you think so what do I think of what you said the car idiot I said it's the super I love it they're fast he goes well let's go for a ride so did you steal it he was no come on handy outside and look at what happened if I go around to the driver side and the car is totaled the only way for him to get in the car was to climb into the window so I said you stole this he goes no I didn't it was look she gave me the keys I said okay so she gave me the keys and stole it so we went for a ride drove around he dropped me back off at the house he said he'd see me around 2:00 or so to go paint after that I didn't see the car anymore I didn't ask any questions but that's a memory I will never ever forget because it was funny as hell but it was always it was f***** up too that was Michael living Wild Style he always said it wasn't a crew it was a way of life and I followed that all my years resting paint master

Thank you for all the memories growing up on Morris Ave. You are a great guy and a great artist. You were my biggest influence in my own art. I will miss you dearly. I love you bro... WILD STYLE Forever.
