Michael J. Fumando

Michael J Fumando, a.k.a. Mikey Fu passed away at home on Thursday, November 16, 2023. Born and raised on Staten Island to Joseph and Gloria Fumando, Michael is survived by his wife Barbara (Buckley), his mother-in-law, Barbara Bruno Buckley, whom he aptly nicknamed Bubbles, his sisters and brothers Ellie (Mitchell) Pacifico, Renee Lomangino, Judy (Santo) Borello, John Fumando, and Carl Joseph (Laura) Fumando. He is also survived by his sister, in-laws and brother-in-law‘s, Tom Buckley, Adrian Buckley, Steven Buckley, and Denise Buckley. Mikey is also survive by many many many nieces and nephews and cousins and friends. Michael enjoyed taking rides on his motorcycle with his brother Joe and friends, being an honorary member of the Protect Our Children of New York organization, loved spending time with his nieces and nephews, traveling, fishing and eating. Anyone who met Mikey instantly became friends. He will be truly missed, but he is not in any more pain. Heaven has definitely gained an angel, a funny one, but an angel. He will truly be missed.
