Mary Ellen Trembone passed away peacefully on October 1st, 2024. With such a vibrant soul, Mary Ellen touched the hearts of anyone she would meet. Despite dealing with Multiple Sclerosis and other medical issues for most of her life, her attitude and positivity towards life was unmatched and never waivered. She was truly inspirational. A lifelong Staten Islander and graduate of Curtis High School, Mary Ellen loved her shows, bird watching, the Beatles, Yankees baseball, pizza, jewelry and most of all spending time with her family. Predeceased by her parents, Vincent and Elvira Patrella as well as her loving husband Allen Trembone. She is survived by her loving sons Allen and John, her best friend and daughter Beverly, niece and nephews Michael, Vinny and Sara and many family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
