John F. Kearney

John F. Kearney a lifetime Staten Island resident, passed away on August 10th, 2019.

He was the son of the late Helen Veronica (nee Russell) and John F. Kearney. He was the devoted husband of Raffaela (Rae) Kearney, beloved father of Jennifer Kearney; cherished grandfather of Olivia and fond brother of the late Mary Ellen Joyce. John was brother in law to Tom and Toni Joyce, Larry and Carol McGowan and Dave and Diane Rosso. Uncle to Cathy and Jay Peterson, Sean and Lauren Joyce, Danielle and Chris Marzo, Lisa and Mike Simoncini, and David and Michelle Rosso. He was great uncle to 11 nieces and nephews whom he adored.

A graduate of St. John’s University and was employed by US Trust/ Bank of America.

He had a great devotion to his family and friends. His enjoyment in life was to see people happy and spoiling his pets.

In lieu of flowers a charitable donation would be appreciated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, ASPCA, Humane Society or a charity of your choice.
