James Clark III, 43, of Staten Island NY, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 17th. He is survived by his brother Thomas, sister in law Melissa and his nephews Aiden and Dylan. He is preceded in death by his mother Barbara, father James and daughters Anne and Mary. Burial will be at Ocean View Cemetery.
