Gerard W. Henderson

Jerry Henderson, loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on February 4th, 2024 at home, surrounded by the warmth and love of his family. Born on December 7, 1948 in Brooklyn NY, Jerry will be remembered for his ability to make people smile, laugh, and not take life too seriously.

Jerry could be found either on the golf course or behind the bar at many an establishment in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn. Always at the ready with a hilarious pun or joke

The enduring love and partnership between Jerry and his beloved wife of fifty-two years, Antoinette was a source of inspiration to all who were fortunate enough to witness their deep connection.

Jerry leaves behind a legacy of love and family. As a proud father, he cherished the bond he shared with his sons, Thomas, Robert, and James Henderson. His guidance and support have shaped the lives of his children, instilling in them the values of integrity, hard work, and compassion that he held dear.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Antoinette (Neglia) Henderson, son Thomas, daughter in-law Michelle, son Robert, daughter in-law, Julie, son James, daughter in-law, Theresa. Jerry is also survived by his five grandchildren: Duke, Tallulah, Delilah, Albert, and Rhea.

A viewing to honor Gerard's life will be held on Tuesday February 6th, 2PM-4PM and 7PM-9PM at Casey McCallum Rice South Shore Funeral Home. 30 Nelson Ave. Staten Island, NY 10308.

A Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday February 7th at 9:45 AM. The Church of St. Clare. 110 Nelson Ave. Staten Island, NY 10308.
