Jersey after a prolonged battle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. He was born in Brooklyn,
New York to Michael and Christina (Sanseverino) Riccio and was predeceased by his sister,
Margaret Ferguson (predeceased by brother-in-law, George) and is survived by his brother
Nicholas Riccio (predeceased by sister-in-law Anne).
Frank worked as an Electrical Designer and retired as a Design Supervisor at Indian Point
Power Plant for the Entergy Corporation.
He is survived by his wife, Carol (nee Roberts), his childhood sweetheart to whom he was
married for over 55 years. Frank was a loving and proud father to two daughters, Louise and
son-in-law Rosario Ligresti and Christina and son-in-law Ronald LaMagra. He adored his three
grandchildren, Gabriella, Joseph, and John. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law,
nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Frank will be fondly remembered for his sense of humor, loyalty, love of the Jets and the Mets
and appreciation of music, especially the Doo Wops.
Visitation will be held on May 25, 2021 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Casey Funeral Home 350
Slosson Ave., Staten Island, New York. A funeral mass will be held at St. Teresa’s Church, 1634
Victory Blvd., Staten Island, New York at 10:45 on May 26, 2021. Entombment at Cemetery of
the Resurrection will be held on May 26, 2021 thereafter.
