Frank J. Lomonico Frank J. Lomonico aged 96, passed peacefully surrounded by loving family on July 29,2021 in The Brielle. He grew up on Broome Street in Manhattan and spent many summers in Virginia. He graduated from Murray Hill H.S. in the Electrical Vocational Curriculum. He then became an electrician for The Pullman Company. Frank enlisted in W.W.11. at the age of 19. His service included The Battle of The Bulge. After the war he met the love of his life Gussie Turco. They are survived by two children Philip Lomonico and Ann Conti (Robert) and by grandchildren Katrina Morris, Damien Lomonico, Keith Lomonico and Michael Conti as well as nine great-grandchildren. Frank was a well known and respected teacher of Electrical Installation at McKee H.S. for many years. He was happy and fortunate enough to often meet up with his former students in later years. Frank was also well known in The Brielle for entertaining residents with his favorite harmonica tunes. He will be missed by many for his kindness, compassion and humor. Visitation is Tuesday, from 3-7 p.m. at Casey Funeral Home. Service is Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial at Resurrection Cemetery.
