Florence Chell, 75, died at her residence at the Silver Lake Specialized Care Center on Sunday, November 27, 2022. Florence was born and raised in Brooklyn, spending the last 5 years of her life in Staten Island. Florence graduated from Bay Ridge Highschool and worked for years for a textile company in Brooklyn as well as at an adult home caring for those in need. Florence was a loving and caring person, always joking around, especially with her brother George, and always asking about her grand nieces and nephews. Florence is predeceased by her brothers Thomas and George Chell. She is survived by her niece Christine Vargas, nephews George and Thomas Chell, as well as grand nieces and nephews. Though she will be missed, we take comfort in knowing that she is at peace.
