Elaine Fank Liberatore gained her angel wings on December 24, 2022 Christmas Eve Morning, her favorite holiday. Elaine was born in Brooklyn NY where she attended St Mary’s Elementary, Bishop Kearney High School, and later Pace University. Although she had dreams of becoming a veterinarian, Elaine passed her series 7 and worked on Wall Street up until her second child was born.
Elaine was a loving mother to Kristen and Andrew Liberatore. Being with her children as they grew up was her greatest joy. She was very involved in St Teresa School, Moore Catholic High School, being the team mom for basketball and softball teams her children were part of. As adults she was a very active part in her children's’ sports teams and always enjoyed being in the stands.
Elaine’s favorite past times included going on trips and dinners with her girlfriends, sneaking fire ball into high school reunions, and spending endless moments laughing and whatever life had in store for the day.
Her greatest joy was being a Grandmother to her only grandchild Jade Olivia Filice. She loved spending time with her, trick-or-treating with her, and making her sentimental gifts she can have for a lifetime. They always enjoyed watching Disney movies together and snuggling.
Elaine is survived by her two children Kristen and Andrew Liberatore, her granddaughter Jade Olivia Filice, her father Jerry Fank, her brother John Fank. As well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She is predeceased by her mother Grace Fank.
On behalf of our family we thank you all who has been great and comforting support during this time.
In Lieu of Flowers donations to St. Jude's Children Hospital would be deeply appreciated by her family.
