Well its January 31st 2018 my beautiful son, and I miss you so very deeply. I love you so much Danny. I have been advocating on your behalf since you left us. I have not stopped fighting on your behalf, to help other families that go through this kind of injustice & abuse. Danny's Law is a bill in congress now. Its to create a round table to study bullying across this country, in any school, and other purposes. I hope this leads to a federal anti bully law my love. Every one deserves to go to school happy, and safe from any kind of abuse, no matter who the  perpetrator is, NO EXEMPTIONS on accountability should be permitted. We created your foundation my love, named after you, D.A.N.N.Y.INC (Danny's Angel Network Nurturing Youth) we hope to start a global movement of kindness, compassion, removing the fear of accountability, replacing it with understanding to truly get to the root of the problem, the bully behavior itself. For this change to truly happen we have to offer the bully intervention of counseling, to help them change their bad behavior, that means being compassionate to the bully themselves. Recognizing they too are broken. So I'm trying my beautiful son, it is my love for you that drives me to keep going. It's truly love in my heart for you that saved me. I love you sweet heart, so keep guiding me on where I have to go to make this world a better place in your memory. You will be legend my love, you will be a legend of kindness. Danny not a day goes by that I don't think about you, I still call your phone just to hear your voice I miss you my boo boo. You are the greatest gift I ever received, I am lucky to be your father. 

I pray that you get the justice you deserve Danny. I pray those boys, school staff, and board members are held accountable legally. Hi I'm so sorry for your loss I was bullied relentlessly when I was young I'm 31 now and not a day goes by where it doesn't effect me Danny I was just like you I wish I could have hugged you and told you it does get better I have a son now and I hope he never experiences your hardships all my love to your parents I know as a father the bond you have with your children.

 May your soul be in peace beautiful dear boy. To your parents; may you keep up your goals. No child should suffer. We applaud your amazing strength and sincerely hope your law goes into effect. My Deepest Sympathy to your entire family.  I have just read your post of your Beautiful Son Daniel's letter.  So heartbreaking to hear and can't even imagine the daily pain that you go through every day.  I somewhat can, being a mother too.  But that has to be the hardest to lose a child that way. Danny I struggle everyday without you in our life. This is existing, not living. Happy Life is not in the cards for me this time around. I never knew Daniel, and I live across the pond in the UK. But Daniel's story really broke my heart. I send love and condolences to his family at this tough time. Danny's struggles have ended for him, but it is for us, the living, to fight for him now. No child should ever have to endure what Danny went through. No child should ever feel that there is no other way out. No child should ever be afraid at school. Danny's pleas may have fallen on deaf ears at school, but his words will live on in the fight that we will win to make Danny's Law a reality. 

For the Fitzpatrick family, know that he is with you always. As long as the love is there, he is not gone. He emerged from the pain and suffering into a being of pure light ant love, surrounding you when you need him the most, guiding you in his own way. To the family and friends of Daniel the love and joy you gave Danny made him a beautiful person. This loss is never going to be fathomable as you all will deal with for the rest of your journey. Daniel was at the peak of his life trying to deal with a pain that no one could have know. He felt so much joy in the times he had away from school that he wanted to experience those times to the fullest. He left a hole to large to mend a hole in your hearts and souls. I am so sorry that all those who were touched by Daniel have this deep pain to have to find a way to understand and make peace~ The loss you are and will always experience is a loss beyond. 

I did not know Daniel or his friends and family  yet I do understand a loss that comes most unexpected ~ as I lost my brother to a very unexpected heart attack in 2015 a pain that I never thought I would be able to overcome. 

I wish you peace and understanding as you learn to find a way to keep Daniel and his story growing as to find those whom are experiencing a similar pain. By spreading this story you are keeping Daniels heart beating and his love growing bringing all of you closer to helping those who feel their is no way out ~
