Brian Scott Cohen

Brian and Vicki loved to travel to see new places and try new foods. He was always up for a road trip, to drive to see friends or try a new restaurant. Even though he was no longer a chef, he was a foodie through and through. There wasn't a food or condiment he wouldn't try.

Brian was a loyal friend who had friendships spanning over 30 years. He loved to have fun and make people laugh. He had a way of making people feel comfortable and loved. Brian loved to talk and talk. He could stretch a 5 minute conversation into 45 minutes and forget the point he was trying to make. He hated silence. He loved movies, wrestling, the Mets, and bad reality TV.

Brian was many things to many people. He was a son, brother, friend and husband. He took all of his roles seriously and took care of those he loved, especially Vicki. He will be missed by many and loved by all.

A visitation for Brian will be held Friday, May 10, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Casey Funeral Home, 350 Slosson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314. A funeral service will occur Friday, May 10, 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, 350 Slosson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314. A visitation will occur Friday, May 10, 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 350 Slosson Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314.

His mother and sister will be sitting shiva 5/13-5/15 from 12-7pm at Nancy's house located at 333 Route 202 Lot 27 Pomona, NY 10970.
