Angela Ponticelli, born in Naples, Italy, 1937. Loving Mother to Rosalba (De Feudis) - John Young, Vincent & Darlene (Wildes) Ponticelli, adoring “Nonna” to Danielle, Elisa, Michael, Isabel and proud great grandmother to Hailey and Kieran. Angela passed away Friday, Feb 17, 2023 at her home with her husband by her side. Angela courageously moved to America with her husband Giovanni, where they raised a loving family. She worked as a seamstress for years, and cherished any opportunity to share her love for any and all through her delicious meals. Her pleasures in life were rooted in how much she loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren and each day knowing they were happy and fulfilled is what gave her purpose. The wake will be held at Harmon’s Funeral home on Forest Ave in Staten Island Monday Feb 20 12N to 4P. A funeral service is scheduled on Tuesday at St. Roch’s church, 10:30AM. *In lieu of flowers, please donate to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
