Floyd Junior Anderson

Floyd was born March 21st, 1961, in Lincolnton, North Carolina, the son of Ernest and Myrtle Anderson.

Floyd is survived by his children, Tony (Helen) Anderson, Tabitha (Josh) Bricker, Travis Anderson, and Tori (John) Manantan (née Anderson); his grandchildren, Justin Anderson and Mychalia Abernathy; and his siblings, Marshall and Penny Anderson. He is predeceased by his spouse, Sandra Crumpton; his brothers, Robert, Lester, Bruce, and Donnie Anderson; his sisters, Lynn (née Anderson), Betty Jo (née Anderson), and Charlotte Anderson; and his parents.

Floyd was a devoted father and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family and listening to his favorite singer, Elvis Presley. Known as a “jack-of-all-trades”, Floyd was known to able to fix anything he can put his hands on.

A visitation for Floyd will be held Saturday, March 29th, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at Carothers Funeral Home in Stanley, North Carolina, followed by a celebration of life at 1:00 PM.
