Angel Luis Otero Sr. passed away on Sunday June 27, 2010. He was 71. Born in Puerto Rico on September 10, 1938 he was the son of the late Anastacio and Abdona Rios Otero. Mr. Otero was self employed and was in the grocery business for many years in Port Chester, NY.
A devoted husband, loving father, a responsible, dedicated and hardworking family man and a caring friend that you can depend on.
He survived by his wife Maria E. Otero of Norwalk, CT, his son Angel L. Otero Jr. of Norwalk, CT, his 4 daughters Zenaida Jimison of Danbury, CT; Nydia Acevedo of Stamford, CT; Rosalinda Gomez of Dunedin, FL; and Maria Nunez of Norwalk, CT and his grandchildren Joshua Acevedo and Gabriella Otero.
Calling hours will be Wednesday June 30, 2010 from 4 to 8 PM at the Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home 2900 Summer St, Stamford, CT. 203-327-1313. A service will be held Thursday July 1, 2010 at the funeral home at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, 81 Riverside Avenue, Norwalk, CT. 203-847-7422.
