Wayne was beloved and will always be remembered for his kindness and willingness to help anyone in need.
He had two successful business, Wayne was a truck driver and drove across the country making deliveries and later had his own mulch company called Newton's Mulch. Wayne was very proud of both.
Wayne was survived by his brother, Russell E Raines Jr.; and his sister, Carolyn M. Roberson.
He will also be greatly missed by his stepchildren, his step grandchildren; his nieces; his nephews and his friends.
Wayne was preceded in death by his father, Russell E. Raines, Sr.; his mother, Laura F. Raines; and his sister, Jarma Lee Merriman.
Pallbearer's will be Gordon Raines, Ray Raines, Michael Raines, Marty Dean, Joshua Roberson and Jamie Roberson.
