She is survived by her three sons, John Koetter III of Fredericksburg, Francis Koetter of Stafford, and Shawn Koetter of Fredericksburg; and five grandchildren, Shawn, John, Andrew, Kristin, and Katelyn.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford at 11:30 AM, with the family receiving friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Quantico National Cemetery.
