Pam Slocum, 78, of Sterling, VA passed away peacefully after suffering from a stroke. She was the baby of her family, beloved by her sister, Jo Ann (Bobby) and her brother, Jeff. She will be greatly missed by her son David (Kaira) and her daughter Margaret (Brian). But most of all ‘Grammy Pammy’ will be missed by her four grandchildren, Jay, Ellie, Jaxon and Tilly.
She was an avid gardener, loved to watch Blue Bloods on TV and was a hippie from the 70’s. Her family knows she is happy now walking through the Garden of Eden, surrounded by her cats she so adored and reunited with her husband, Jay who went ahead to prepare her place.
In keeping with Mom’s wishes, a private celebration of life will be held for her family because that is what she would have wanted from us- to celebrate! She will be forever missed.
