She is survived by her daughter, Alaina; son, Cameron; Mother, Anna Streeff and husband Ronnie; father, James Tate Jr., and wife, Dawn; two sisters, Lisa Medina and Emily Tate; two grandmothers, Mary Tate and Irmina Howe; step sister, Katie McIlwee; step brother, Kevin Streeff; two uncles, Javier Fernandez and Michael Fernandez; Four aunts, Kimberly Perez, Stacey Perrymen, Denise Fernandez, and Tamara Fernandez. Nieces and nephews; and numerous Cousins.
