Judy A. Settles

She was born on June 12, 1943 in Cramerton, NC the daughter of the late Hartwell Henry Hunter Quick and Helen Lucille Virginia (Hall) Quick. She retired as a Budget Analyst for the U.S. Government. She was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan and enjoyed reading.

Judy loved to spoil her daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren as often as she could.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Marshall R. Settles; one daughter, Teresa Rae Squire and husband Vic of Unionville, VA; one sister, Jan Clenney and husband Ron of Florida; four grandchildren, Ryan Squire and wife Brittany of Michigan, Sarah Squire of Warrenton, VA, Kevin Squire of Unionville, VA, Raechel Squire of Unionville, VA; five great grandchildren, Autumn, Scarlett, Hunter, Issac, Gabriel.

Judy was preceded in death by her two great grandchildren, Julian and Lucian; and her brothers, Tommy Quick, Billy Quick, and Ralph Quick.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 2:00-4:00pm at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, 186 Shelton Shop Road, Stafford, VA.

Internment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
