She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Kim Rice; their son, Lee Rice (Denea); father Victor Hutchison; sister, Joy Williams (Don); brother, Jerry Hutchison (Ronna); grandchildren, Ryleigh, Spencer and Trenton; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her mother, Dorothy Gibson.
Judy served as a yeoman in the Navy from 1974 to 1977.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 20, at Stafford County Christian Church, 1813 Mountain View Road, Stafford, Va. 22554.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stafford County Christian Church building fund.
