Judith Anne Battenfeld

She is survived by her loving husband, Carl Battenfeld; her sons, Bryan Battenfeld (Jeanette) and Steven Battenfeld (Erica); and her brother, Sam Goff (Esther).

Judy will also be greatly missed by her grandchildren, Jacob, Jessica, Nathan, Sara, and Lena; her great grandchildren, Mabrey and Bryleigh; her nieces, Karen Sealock (Steve) and Pam Goff; her great nieces, Stephanie and Jackie; and her great nephew, Austin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Marie Goff.

Judy liked working in her garden and tending to her flowers. She enjoyed nature and long walks through the woods where she had a talent for photography and could see the beauty in everything behind her camera lens. Judy also enjoyed cooking holiday dinners and making cakes and pies for special occasions.

Over everything, Judy loved nothing more than taking care of her family and spending time with them.

A visitation for Judith will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 from 11:00am-12:00pm at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. Her Celebration of Life will begin at 12:00pm and burial will immediately follow at Mount Comfort Cemetery, 6600 S Kings Hwy., Alexandria, VA.
