He passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021 in Alexandria, Virginia.
He worked at Arlington National Cemetery as a Federal Employee. He loved to be surrounded by his friends and family. Racing and working on cars was his passion (even if he wasn’t a mechanic and always ended up with extra parts!). He loved his family more than life itself. He was a food enthusiast and Puerto Rico was his home at heart. He was always willing to help anyone in need and always said “I know a guy” when something needed fixing. You could always catch him driving down the road with his windows down and music blasting.
He is survived by his daughters, Giana Sarai Rosario & Giana Leona Acevedo; parents, Jose and Giselle Rosario; sister, Gianina Skaines; and paternal grandparents, Jose and Ana Rosario.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Alfonso and Gicela Rivera.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 1-3:00 pm, with a memorial service being held at 2:00 pm at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel. The family will also hold a funeral mass on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 11am at Our Lady of Angels Roman Catholic Church, Woodbridge, Virginia. He will be laid to rest at a later date in Puerto Rico.
