She is survived by five siblings, Leslie (Jenny) Cropper Jr, Hilda (George) Martin, Susan Barber, Terry (Debbie) Cropper, and Jerry (Peggy) Cropper. She was god mother to Laura, Felecia, and David Fulkerson, and admired her nephew Wyatt Lee.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Ross Coulter; parents, Leslie Jackson Cropper and Peggy Ann Cropper; and brother, Raymond Lee Cropper.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Mullins and Thompson Funeral Service, Stafford Chapel from 6-8:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at the funeral home at 12:00 pm, with interment to follow in Dumfries Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in her name to the American Heart Association.
