Ben passed away peacefully in his sleep from complications related to bladder cancer on February 1, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Beverly Kay Keller; his three devoted daughters, Shawnna Leigh (Andrew Luke), Courtney Kay (Matthew Geuther), and Lindsay Jo (Dustin Nichols); his four beloved grandchildren, Caitlin and Alexander Luke, Giselle Geuther, and Sadie Nichols; and his cherished siblings and their families, Franklin Dennis Keller (Connie Angelicchio) and Julia Leigh Keller (Roger, Ashley, and Leo Bennie “LB” Welter.) Ben was predeceased by his parents Rita and Ben Keller Sr. and sister Gayle Holly Mastrogiacomo.
Per Ben's wishes, he will be cremated; the immediate family will scatter his ashes in a private ceremony, followed by a commemoration with family and friends. We invite you to celebrate Ben's life with us from 1:30-3 pm on Saturday, May 21, 2022, what would have been Ben's 74th birthday, at the Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service located at 186 Shelton Shop Road, Stafford, VA 22554.
