William Warren Beard, 59, passed away in Sugar Land, Texas, Thursday, May 15, 2014. Born September 16, 1954, in Little Rock, Arkansas but lived most of his life in Waco, Texas. William is survived by his loving wife, Anita Milne; sister, Caryn Beard; brother in law, Jesse Rodriguez and brother, Horace Beard. He was preceded in death by his mother, Michael McNamara.
Over the years, William received many Top Salesman Awards and most recently was a Landman/Right-of-way agent in the oil and gas field and was also a licensed real estate agent. Besides being very handsome, Will was larger than life, with a heart of gold, he knew no strangers and was always willing to help. His infectious laugh and smile will be missed by many.
