Teofilo was born to Claudia Padilla and Santiago Duque. He grew up on a family farm in Aguilar Pangasinan, Philippines with his 4 siblings, 3 sisters and 1 brother.
Teofilo was married to his wife Toribia Rayos Duque for 73 years and has 6 Children. He is survived by 3 children Sonny, Naty and Eva. We remember his 3 children who have gone before him, Ricardo, Gregoria and Peter. He has 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 13 great great grandchildren. Teofilo was an avid fisherman and loved watching basketball.
